Light & airy room on 1st floor in south facing house, in the heart of the village (Veryan) with lots of character and 1 mile from beautiful beaches (Pendower & Carne) & surrounded by countryside walks.

Looking for a professional person for short stay min 3m to 6m.

Option 1: Monday to Friday & we will service the room (clean room, fresh towels & linen).

Option 2: All week. You provide own bedding, towels and linen (or we can provide weekly for additional fee).
Own private ensuite room. Well equipped kitchen facilities (you'll have your own fridge and storage)

It would suit a working person, but not a homeworker. Bill included. Fully furnished: double bed, blackout blinds, bedside table, and light, TV, Wifi & DVD, wardrobe, chest of drawers, freestanding heater, cupboard. Optional: office chair, desk with desk lamp.
Decent shower, with WC and basin. Use of washing machine.
South facing enclosed courtyard and garden.
Nearby pub and well stocked village shop/post office.

Own transport is essential. As there is no regular public transport. Situated 12 miles from Truro & St Austell.
Free parking adjacent to our house.

Additional Note: There is one friendly dog who lives here too, so getting on with dogs is a must.
We are a no smoking home.
