Looking for housemate to share lovely 2 bed flat

Hi, I am looking for a friendly housemate to share a spacious ground floor flat on Camden St.

The Flat: I have lived here 2 years and never had issues with noise or neighbours. There is a handy roomy porch as you enter. The living/dining area features a sunny bay window and high ceilings. We have a toaster, microwave, washing machine, kettle, pots & pans etc. The bathroom is shared between us and has a gas shower. Broadband, gas and electricity is included in your rent (I look after these bills). The house is also pretty warm in winter and heats up very quickly. Clothes dry in the house easily. There is no TV in the living room if that matters. The location is great, you are only a few minutes from town/Botanic/QUB etc. Tesco is literally a minute away.

The Room: It has a high ceilings, a double bed, shelves, bedside locker and a bin.

Me: I am a teacher working in Belfast for the past couple of years. I am very considerate of my flatmates and like to keep the place tidy and clean (no dishes piled in the sink/blaring music on a Sunday morning etc). I tend to go off on hikes and trips at the weekend during the Summer and Christmas.

You: No offence but I don't want to live with a young wild student (just in case you are one of my students :)) A professional or postgrad would be ideal. No couples please please don't rent the room and then have your partner over half the week I'm just looking for the one housemate. Write a bit about yourself if you are interested in the room
