The house is a short 15 minute walk from the Europa bus station and only a 20 minute walk directly into Belfast City Centre. It is situated close to St. Mary’s University College and close to a number of shops including a Centra and a Eurospar. Also a very short walk to access a glider or other bus services 🚌

Beautiful house, newly refurbished last summer. Comes completely furnished. Rooms has a wardrobe, cupboard, bedside locker, as well as extra storage space. Double bed with both duvet and two pillows included.

We are both professional trainee solicitors and great fun to be around (no PDA I promise). We work Monday to Friday and be home in Derry/Donegal most weekends. Our current housemate is only moving out because She is graduating in June and leaving for Thailand in July ✈️.
