House Mate Needed Amazing Location & Price

I am looking for a house mate to take up an opportunity not to be missed of filling my spacious and private bedroom in my beautiful 3 bed house located on Jameson Street. A literal 2 minute walk from the popular Cherryvale pitches, Errigle bar, specialist cafe Canteen, Algelato, Mace and an abundance of local food chains, shops and bus links into town.

The house is an absolute gold mine for the price of rent, it is a well loved and looked after home and has a great sun spot garden which is fully private for hanging washing and sunbathing.

The bedroom up for rent is a light double room which you will have to yourself on your own floor the same level as the shared bathroom. My bedroom is in the loft and the noise levels from each bedroom is minimal which is nice for privacy.

I am looking for someone who wants somewhere to call home. This is not a party house. I am young professional who cares about my mental health, eating good food, spending time with dogs, working, coming home and enjoying a quiet night. This is a safe place where things are kept cosy, clean and well respected.

I work Monday- Thursday 9am-2pm as a barista in town and alongside that run my own dog sitting business from home which means I frequently have very cute fluffy friends staying over, however I do not own any pets personally. I am an independent person who likes my own space, if you are looking for someone to be a housemate and a best friend this is probably not for you. Although I like my own space I enjoying sharing home cooked meals, watching films in the living room and catching up after work. Apart from that I am pretty busy and keep to myself. I would ideally like someone who is LGBTQ+ informed has similar interests in feminism to me and just has an open mature mind about life. I prioritise my mental health and believe a home should be treated with respect. I am very tidy and expect the place to be kept with the same standards to create stress free living environment so that everyone is happy.
