Spacious & bright ground floor room with double bed & wardrobe. Patio doors to garden. Private use of shower room/downstairs loo. Very private from rest of house, in a quiet residential area. The room is for 1 person only - no couples.

Location - 3 minute walk from bus stop to city centre (approx. 10 mins on 5A bus). Public transport nearby to all 3 hospitals (30-40 mins by bus). Lanyon Place train station (1.5 miles), Belfast City Airport (2.4 miles). Tesco, Loop Studios, butcher, coffee shop, patisserie, cafes are within walking distance. Connswater Greenway is also very close for cycling & walking. Connswater or Forestside shopping centres are within 5-10 mins drive. Local taxi services available.

Tenant is responsible for cleaning own room & shower room - checks will be carried out. Shoes must not be worn in the house. NO Smoking inside or outside of property.

Wifi/broadband included. Electric & gas also included (unless there is extreme over use compared to average use). Heating is on timed periods and not run continuously during the day. The room suits someone comfortable with this arrangement, including those who work from home but do not require all‑day heating.
