Single Room - City Centre, Dublin Road

I have been living during the last year with my girlfriend in the apartment, but she is now going back to Spain and I want to rent the single room in the apartment, which has been empty. I can rent it only until the end of the year (29 December)

It has a single bed, a wardrobe and a piece of furniture with drawers.

Common areas include a bathroom, a kitchen/dining/living room well sized and illuminated, and a balcony.

Price includes only the rent. You are entitled to pay £30 per month extra for electricity and broadband (this is not optional). I have a TV in the living room with Netflix, it is not included in the bills but I don't mind if you use it. The monthly amount paid for heating depends on the time of the year, you will pay one half.

About me, I am a Spanish 31 year-old guy, in Belfast since 2017. I work in an office 8:30 to 17:00 so having someone with a similar schedule would be nice. I would like to share the apartment with s person that keeps it clean and tidy as I do, and without problems to share the housework.

I like to socialise but also to have time for myself. No parties are allowed in the apartment but I don't mind having people occasionally. Sometimes, I cook Spanish mealss and my flatmate will be welcomed to try it .

Please be aware that you won't have an obligation to stay. If you come and after s month you don't like me or I don't like you, you are free to go.
