However I will be moving in at the end of the month along with a current tenant (French lady) who works in town and is quiet and respectful. The room is located on the middle floor and is small but comfy. It's ideal that the new tenant is respectful of others and clean. I will be moving into the the 2 floors on the top, with my cat :) He is people friendly and usually outside during the day.
