Looking for a new flatmate, short term let available until mid July. The flat is just off Lisburn Road, the double room is available to rent. Located near to shops, 5 minute walk to Queens and about 20 minutes to city centre.
Accommodation has a kitchen with a washer/dryer, living Room, and a shared bathroom.
I’m a young professional, enjoy being social, keen on music/gigs and live a fairly active lifestyle. Will be away on quite a few weekends back in England. I keep the flat tidy and would expect the same of a flatmate. Open to living with anyone, ideally someone in a similar situation/similar interests and happy to live with a considerate student too.
I lived with the owner of the flat before they moved out so would act as landlord on their behalf but you’ll be paying rent directly to them. Bills will be split on a quarterly basis on top of the £250 rent for the room.
