Hey!

I'm going abroad in May and my room in our lovely 5 bed house on EGLANTINE PLACE can be available to you!

It's been great living with our current housemates and we're sure you'll feel the same way too! We've enjoyed living in a tidy and social house with enough space to not feel like we're under each other’s feet!

Sharing the house with you will be 3 females (two studying medicine and 1 chef) + 1 male graduate (who will likely be away during the summer months too). We’re not a party house and the place is usually relatively quiet as we’re all busy with work and placements – but we enjoy a cuppa and a chat and there’s a nice friendly atmosphere!

Your Room: Mid May – End August

Depending on the interest for this room, I may be open to offers on rent and move in dates (earlier or later) within this period – send me a message and we can discuss 😊

About the House:

The house is clean, spacious, warm and everything works as it should!

- 5 bedrooms (each with their own door locks)
- 3 bathrooms
- Living Room
- Kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher ect)
- Convenient location: Short walk into town, Tesco, Lisburn road and the University!
- Parking: Plenty of safe spaces available on our road, especially over the summer months!
