Need A Chill Housemate To Join Our Quarantine

EDIT: So obviously with everything that's going on globally at the minute, this is making this all a little harder than it should be. I'm currently on furlough and Phil is working from home so we are in the house most the day. We're being as strict as we can with our social distancing procedures and we would be looking for someone who also takes it seriously (hopefully we all get on or it could be a long quarantine haha) In all seriousness though, the house is sweet for it, it's large enough that everyone can have their own personal space when they want it. Also, the back garden has been such a great asset through all this, it's definitely helps to unwind outside. We generally work or read or do our own thing during the days and then we cook, watch movies, play board games or have a few drinks in the evenings just depending on what everyone wants to do. If you're in need of a room and think you could isolate along with us just drop me a message with some information about yourself, what you do, hobbies interests maybe even a social media profile or two as meeting with potential housemates is out of the question at the minute.

Large house, with an open planned kitchen/ dining area. two reception rooms and two bathrooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water billed quarterly + super fast fibre broadband. All bills shared equally. Gas ~ £30 pcm Broadband ~£12 pcm Electric ~£20 pcm.

There's a large garden to the back of the house which is great for BBQs in the summer.

Both of us are pretty easy going, we tend to be fairly quiet Mon-Fri, cooking meals, listening to music/ watching TV. Both of us have TVs in our rooms so the two shared living rooms are generally free. We would tend to go out/ have a drink in the house on Fridays/ Saturdays. I'm a photographer & marketing manager and Phil is doing a postdoc in physics at QUB.

Couples welcome but the rent would be £450 with bills equally shared between everyone.
