The room itself is a small, cozy, bright double room on the top floor with a double bed and is furnished with a chest of drawers and wardrobe and desk if needed.
We are all laid back professionals who like to keep the place respectable and are looking the same.
The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer and a garage for storage. The kitchen also has a dishwasher. There are 2 off street car parking spaces at the front of the house with plenty of on street parking too. There is gas heating which is topped up with a card, electricity is a bill every couple of months, virgin fibre broadband is monthly. All the bills are very reasonable along with the rent.
