Gold en-suite room available in great Patrick street student roost Belfast. I need to find a replacement to rent my room as I am planning to move out ASAP due to changes in my course which is now being delivered online so there is no need for me to have the room in Belfast. (You must be a university student of any age to live here)

The room is modern bright very spacious with more than enough room for one person- This is the largest room type in roost!!!! there is ample storage with a large wardrobe, under bed storage and two fitted storage units. A large study desk and chair Is ideal for students with a full length window meaning the room is bright and airy. The Private en-suite bathroom and shower is large bright and modern.
The room is excellent value given the standard of finish in the property- the shared kitchen And living area (currently Shared with 3 housemates who are clean and easy to get on with) is large and modern with shared amenities- There are also communal areas on the ground floor of the property including pool table, art room, study room, tv room and the use of the onsite gym is covered within the price of weekly rent- All bills are also included- internet, electric and insurance within the weekly price of rent. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY! I am only leaving the room due to my course moving online and I cannot afford to keep it.

The location is also ideal- so central just a quick walk to the city Centre, shopping and the riverside. The property would be ideal for any ulster uni Belfast campus students as it’s right on the doorstop- I am in queens and it’s a quick bus journey to get to campus from here.

The building has a wide variety of students of all ages including postgrad and international students so it’s a great environment for students of any age. The building holds social events and has group chats but it is also quiet and you can keep to yourself, the location is beautiful just a few minutes walk into The city and a few minutes walk to the river side docks! It is entirely up to the occupant if they want to meet lots of people or have a quiet living situation.
