Double Room available in The Bakery

Hey there,

I have a great Double Room available in The Bakery on the Ormeau Road. There loads of amenities near by and hopefully the pictures give an idea that the room is lovely as is the rest of the apartment. You have access to the Gym on the top floor and my favourite part is probably the Balcony and its views. There is a parking spot available as well..

I'm currently living here and really enjoy it. Unfortunately my room mate has had to move out and we are seeking someone who can take over the remainder of the lease and beyond if that is your preference. Currently there is 9 months remaining on the lease.

In terms of me I'm a 27 year old male currently working in town as a software developer. I'd say exercise, reading and cooking are probably my favorite hobbies, but I'm up for a bit of anything. In terms of what I'd like a a roommate I guess the main thing is that we get along after that I'm easy.
