Double Room in Terraced House, near City Hospital

Hey there! This nice double bedroom is awaiting for you! I am Jose, a PhD student in QUB, and I will be your only flatmate :)

It takes 5 minutes walk to reach the Belfast City Hospital, 15 minutes for Lanyon Building (Main QUB campus) and 25 minutes to reach the city center. The neighbourhood is quite calm, and you can park your car at the front door (there is always space!). The house is beautiful, warm and cozy, with fully equiped Kitchen and spacious Living Room in the ground floor, as well as bathroom and bedrooms in the top floor. Electricity and gas bills cost around 30-40£ pcm and per tenant. There are plenty of facilities around, and the landlord is always eager to help if problems arise. No smoking and no pets allowed, orders from the top!

The room has natural light throughout the whole day, enough wardrobe space and the possibility of fitting a small desk. If you need to fit a large desk, or set up a workstation that is bigger than a laptop (i. e: Desktop PC + Monitor), you may do so in the living room. However, tenants without this requirement would be preferred.

As for me, I prefer a calm and work-focused lifestyle. I like to cook, so I tend to spend some time in the kitchen. Also, I like to engage in videocalls, so you may hear me talking through the walls! The rest is pretty much acceptable. I like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am very flexible and I can adapt to your needs, you can comment everything you may need directly to me.
