Double Room in Stranmillis by Lagan Towpath

Double room available in a quiet top-floor flat in Stranmillis, just across from Lagan towpath and the river. It's a few minutes walk to Stranmillis Road but far enough from all the student bustle. I've only just rented it myself, and will be moving in next week. It's a pretty standard 2br with lounge, separate kitchen and typical furnishings. (I'll add some homey touches once I move in, the pics here are from the lettings agency.) Also there's plenty of communal parking and public transport within a minute's walk. Rent is £350 including bills.

A bit about me: I'm from the States originally and currently in Belfast studying an architecture-related master's at Queen's. I've been in Belfast about half a year now and was living between London and Sheffield for five years before that. I spend most daytime hours in the library (exciting I know) and I'll be working on my dissertation till the Autumn. In my free time I like to keep active, running on the towpath most days and hopefully doing a bit of sport over the summer. Looking forward to some culture stuff opening up soon as well.

As for what I'm looking for, basically just a mature flatmate who keeps reasonable hours, either working full time or a grad student like myself.
