1 Bedroom Flat

Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my 1 bedroom flat in east Belfast as I’m moving to England. It’s very central, only about 15 minute walk to Victoria square. The lease ends on the 30th of October 2021 and I’m sure the landlord will be happy to renew. All the furniture in the living room is mine, you’re welcome to purchase any of it apart from the TV if you like or I can sell it separately and the landlord has other (not as nice) furniture instead.
The apartment is on the top floor and is the only one accessed from this floor. The landlord is also very dead on and if you have any issues he’s very quick to respond.

I paid a double deposit for the apartment as I didn’t want to use a guarantor, if you are willing to use one I can check this with the landlord and see if he will accept that, if not a double deposit of £1050 will be payable. I will pass along your info to the landlord and he will get the checks completed, this will include a credit check. Also unfortunately they cannot accept anyone that is on furlough or on benefits. You must be employed full time.
