Large double bedroom and furnished (bed, wardrobes, shelving). Downstairs is the hall, living/dining room and kitchen; Upstairs is three bedrooms and bathroom. There is also parking available and a large back garden which you can of course make use of (garden is being redone and should be complete in June). Ideally I’m looking for someone from 3months - 1year 🙂. It’s a 10-15min drive into Belfast City Centre, and the metro bus stop is 5mins from my house. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday, 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. Worth mentioning that I’m vegan, I’d prefer to live with someone else who is veggie or vegan but it’s not a dealbreaker 🙂. Rates, Superfast WiFi, Netflix and heating included. Electric is extra and billed every 2 months.
