It's a quiet residential area with many local families with great neighbourly trust and support. We all have work to do, some people will be working late, overnight or will have early starts. So, with respect, there can be no parties, no alcohol and no overnight guests. Nobody will be required to take a vow of silence, but is requested that noise be kept to a respectful minimum.
