The room is available from the 5th of June to the 7th of September, and I would like to give it over for 1000 in one payment (although open to offers); it is apr. 14.5weeks so it comes to around 70 a week.
You will share the house with 7 other students who are all post-graduates. It is rather a quiet house. There are 2 kitchens (the one you see on the photo is shared by 4), 2 showers and 3 toilets. Laundry is run by Circuit.
