Room to let in a 2-bed property (Short-Term)

Hi! This quiet little house is located just off Cregagh Road in East Belfast. The room to rent is a single room, with a small double bed and all other areas (kitchen, living, bathroom) will be shared. WiFi is included in the rent and electric & oil heating will be shared.

Please note this is a short-term let with first 3 months being fixed, and the following months on a rolling period.

Preferable for professionals or mature students. I work from home most of the week, so it may not be suitable for someone also continually working from home though I'm open to discuss.

A little about myself; I'm a quiet but sociable homebody and appreciate the mundaneness of routines. I enjoy cooking, a good weekend hike and the occasional bouts of badminton. I rarely ever have people over, prefer keeping things mellowed down at home, and would appreciate the same.
