Single room to let in Village area, Belfast

I have a single room to let in a house in the Village area of Belfast. It has a single bed but is reasonably sized for a single room. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers though the drawers aren't in great condition. There is a small spare room upstairs which I use for storage - you are welcome to do so also.

The bathroom is downstairs. It has a bath with electric shower. It is quite small but in good condition.

The living room, dining area and kitchen is all open plan so has a very spacious feel. I find the whole downstairs area to be a very nice place to hang out and there's plenty of seats to have people round. It's definitely comfortably big enough for 2 people to live in!

I have a good modern TV with Amazon firestick. I have broadband; your half would be £11.50 per month.

There is a dining room table and breakfast bar. The fridge and oven are both modern (bought in the past few years). There is a washing machine (less modern!) a microwave and I have a filter coffee machine and slow cooker which you are welcome to use.

I have a cat. She's 15 years old so pretty set in her ways! It's extremely important to me that anyone living here is kind to animals and understands that this has been her home for 10 years.

I am a smoker and certainly don't mind if you are but all smoking must be outside. The back yard is quite big, could be used to have people round.

While I have said that couples aren't welcome to live here I certainly don't mind if you are in a relationship. If so your partner is welcome to be here and stay over but it's just that while the house is easily big enough for 2 people it's a bit too small for 3 people to live here permanently and in any case it's a single room.

Rates are included in the rent.
