I’m renting out a spare double room in my home right in the centre of Cregagh. There are loads of bars and restaurants around here, plus B&M, Iceland and the Co-op are just around the corner (one minute to Co-op, two minutes to B&M/Iceland), and a Tesco Superstore is only a ten-minute walk away. If you need to get into the city centre, you can hop on a bus and be there in about 15 minutes (buses pass every 5-10 minutes).
You’d be sharing with two of us in our late twenties—originally from Argentina and Italy—and we’re all easygoing young professionals who respect each other’s space. The room is available immediately, no minimum stay. Rent is £395 plus bills.
