Double room Ormeau Road short/long term let

A double bedroom available in a 3 story, house on Upper Ormeau Road. The house is on a quiet street, on-street parking is usually available although not guaranteed. It's near the bars, restaurants, cafes, Ormeau Park and there is a close bus stop to get into the city centre. Rent is £550 per month including all bills.

Short term lets are welcome, multiple international students and professionals have stayed for 1-6 months while studying (the house is about a 15/20 minute walk to QUB), working remotely or travelling.

The house is fully furnished throughout with gas heating, sky TV and internet. There is a paved area in the back which is handy for those rare days when the weather is ideal for a BBQ as well as a shed suitable for bike storage.

I'm a professional; male and like to think I'm tidy, friendly and laid back and I'm hoping for similar in my housemates. The second housemate is a clean and friendly male phd student.
