A Premium Studio in Aster House is available for contract takeover starting January.

The contract runs until 13 June and can be extended.

In my opinion, this accommodation is excellent and truly worth every penny. I’m only leaving because of a family emergency back home, otherwise, I wouldn’t give it up. The location and all its features are difficult to find together in one place.

It’s also a great option if you are unsure which accommodation to choose because taking over a half year contract means you only stay until June you won’t pay anything for summer break (July and August), you can extend or renew your contract for the new term.

If you don’t need the lease, please help me by sharing it.
