I have a double ensuite room with walk in wardrobe available. The rent I request for this room is £125per week which totals to £500 per month. This room is fully furnished. There would be an option of an additional small room for an office or storage for an additional £100 per month.

There is a shared kitchen and living area.

The area that it is located in has off street parking. There is a leisure centre, health centre and library nearby. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that has a regular service into the city centre. It is about a 10 min walk to The University of Ulster
