We like to make a house homely through gardening, DIY, shared meals and many cups of tea. There is no TV in the living room, although laptop Netflix occasionally happens.
We like to have a quietly social house where people sometimes pop in for tea, meals, chats and films. We like to be friends with our neighbours in a family area with trees and no traffic. We don't drink and our party days have passed.
We'll want to take time, chat properly and eat together before making any house-related decisions.
