In a few weeks I have to leave Belfast and, therefore, my room will be available from February 1st. Although, if you need to make the move before it would not be a problem and you could start moving your things soon.
The house is located in a very quiet area but also has all the shops nearby (Centra, Queens gym, Winemark, Pharmacy, Subway, Sphinx...).
Queens University is only 5 minutes by walk and Botanic Gardens is 2 minutes away. The area is unbeatable.
Right now we are living in the house two boys from Belfast, one Russian girl and two Spaniards. Therefore, the language that we use is English. There is a very good atmosphere and the people are very respectful.
In addition, we also have Netflix in the living room :)
