I am looking for a friendly and trustworthy female to share my house with.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bookcase, double bed and bedside table. Shared bathroom with a bath and shower. I'm happy to provide bedding and towels. Shared open plan living room/ dining area/ kitchen. The kitchen is fully kitted out, no need to bring pans/ plates etc. Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen, dryer in garage. Conservatory. Driveway parking. Some limited garage storage for bikes etc. could be made available.
I would be willing to accept a housemates with small pets (no dogs or cats).
