Single bedroom on 1st floor apartment available from now on.
It's a very quiet area, close to Ulster University in Jordanstown, Carrickfergus, Newtownabbey or north Belfast. Only 15 -20 minutes to Belfast. The train station and bus stop are literally at the door step.

The room has an access to a balcony. Economy 7 heating system. It's pretty warm even if it's off because it's heated up by surrounded apartments. The electricity bill is around £30 - 40/pm per person.
Virgin fiber broadband £15/pm.

I'm looking for a professional or mature student who's quiet but friendly, clean and tidy with respect for other people's boundaries. Short term like 3 months is fine. Preferably long term a year +.

I'm a yoga & meditation teacher as well as a dog owner. Rubi's a very quiet and friendly dog. Most of the time she's asleep or out with me.
