Nelson place is a newly built student area, with the flats consisting of 5 students each have there own en-suite and share a communal kitchen which has designated storage area for each individual

The room itself is furnished with a desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage it has a small double ottoman bed and soundproof windows

Nelson place has lots of communal areas with a cinema, sky lounge ,games area and more….it also houses the new Ulster university sports space with a gym, sports hall and running track. It is extremely local to the city centre only being 10 minute walk into it and close to local bars, it is handy for students only being a 5 minute walk to Ulster university and the train station is right beside it taking you to Queens university
