Furnished Double Room Available

Set on the outskirts of Portadown and within walking distance of the train station and town centre, the house is in the quiet area of Corcrain.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Included in the price of the room is access to super fast Virgin Media Wi-Fi.

Living on the property is a German Shepherd/Retriever/Collie cross puppy. He will take some time to get used to you. You will have no obligation to feed, pick up after or even interact with him. He is affectionate once he gets used to you. He is the only pet allowed in the house, as he has been vetted thoroughly.

I have lived with guys in the past and haven’t had much luck so I would prefer to live with a girl. Couples will not be considered.

The successful applicant will be expected to sign a Housemate Agreement which includes house rules and expectations, as well as other expenses like top up electricity and saving for their share of the oil.

I am renting the room out on a month-to-month basis but I will consider a more long term contract.
