Double room central Bangor

Double bedroom to rent as seen in photo, available from start of August. The house has recently been redecorated and all the furniture is new. There is a garden as well as a driveway that will fit a smaller size car or parking in front of the house. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. I am a live in homeowner and I work 9-5 from home due to current Covid issue. However I'm looking to get a degree in counselling starting this year. I enjoy reading, arts & crafts, baking & cooking and long walks. I have a lovely gentle greyhound, she sleeps in the livingroom overnight and is very quiet. If you are a couple, rent is 400£/month with bills included. Dogs welcomed as long as they are house trained. Not sure if Allegra would be ok with cats, she tends to want to chase them outside. The house is close to Bangor train station and centre (short walk) as well as Tesco. I'm a very laid back and non-judgemental person, I understand privacy and respect it and am happy to have chats etc as well as for each person to do their own thing.
