We are looking for a mature responsible professional for this double room in Bangor.
This is a 3 bed house in a very quiet residential area, close to Springhill shops and Bangor west train station.
I travel a lot for work and usually away for months at a time. So you will have the place to yourself. This is why we are only looking for someone in their 30s who can clean up after themselves and look after the place.
As mentioned, this is a peaceful and VERY quiet area, so if you are a party person, this is not for you. The rent includes all bills( nothing else to pay) And as mentioned you will have the place mainly to yourself. NO SMOKERS and NO PETS, please!
We want someone who can commit to at least 4 months lodging.
