Clean, comfortable, double room (not ensuite but sharing a bathroom with only one other clean, tidy person) available from 1st January 2026. This house is shared with sensible, respectful adults who work full-time and expect peace and quiet, so we are looking for someone who will fit in with this lifestyle.
To decide if you would match with the current household, we like to know a bit about applicants, including things like: What agegroup are you? What is your reason for moving from you current address? Who do you work for and what hours would you be working? Would you be wanting to bring friends round to stay? How long would you want to rent the room for? We won't reply or consider requests unless you provide this information, as it is important for us to know who we would be sharing our home with. The more you tell us about yourself the better.
This room is outside Newry, about an 8 minute drive to the city centre, so you would need your own transport. There is easy access to the bypass, so no congestion getting to all parts of Newry. There is a Park and Share and a Park and Ride about 3.5 miles away for commuters to Belfast and Dublin. Rent includes all bills and there is wifi and communal TV available.
