I double room to let in a traditional country cottage located just outside of Newtownards. No light pollution and for those who enjoy the outdoors there are 3 fisheries located close to the property and there are plenty of walking and cycling trails in the area. It is a short commute to Newtownards, Bangor and the towns located on the Ards Peninsula. For those who need to travel to Belfast the cottage is approximately 18 miles from the City Centre.
The cottage is quaint and decorated to a good standard.
As bills are included (subject to normal use) - Wifi, Electric and Oil, the room is only suitable for those who are not working from home.
Also due to the rural location whilst the cottage has Wifi is not as strong as it would be in the city areas. There is 1 small female dog in the property who is extremely friendly. Would suit a mature working professional who wants to unwind and experience the good life after a day at the office!
Short term lets will be considered, rates to be discussed with the landlord.
Credit checks and references will be required as well as 1 month's refundable deposit.
