The shared facilities include the kitchen with electric range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The shared family bathroom with waterfall and shared areas to be kept clean and tidy for everyone's benefit and the general upkeep of the house.

There is a private sitting room for occasional use which is separate to the living/dining room.
Outside there is a south facing yard and garden with washing line.
