Double Room in Quiet Cul de Sac, Birtley

Hi, I have a second furnished spare double room available for rent.
Plenty storage space with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside drawers.
There are two bathrooms in the house, so you will share the main bathroom with my other lodger.
All bills except food included.
My home is on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, with great neighbours either side.
Easy access for the A1, Newcastle, Sunderland & Durham and only a few minutes walk from main bus routes.
I have a washing machine, tumble dryer, wi-fi/broadband, garage converted into a home gym, off street parking is available.
Im very open minded but you must be cat friendly...as there are 3 (friendly!) older mogs in the household.
Im a firefighter at TWFRS HQ in Washington, currently office based Mon-Fri.
Anyone looking for a party house need not apply.
This is a chilled, peaceful and relaxing household with plenty space indoor and out.
LGBTQ ally household and all round safe space.
Also, someone who tidies up after themselves is a must.
When im not working, I like gravel cycling, road trips, camping, gardening, cooking, fitness, over-indulging on Netflix and in the summer, sitting under the stars gazing into my fire pit with a beer in the garden!

*Please note that my house is approx 10 miles from Durham City centre, even though a DH postcode. But, it is on a main bus route from Durham to Gateshead & Newcastle with access to the nexus metro and near to the QE hospital.
