Price includes all bills - gas, electric, water, wifi, amazon prime so no hidden costs. You get shared use of Yarden & Kitchen to store your food and make your meals.

As a Mon to Fri lodger (Stay overnight Sunday, Monday, Tues, Wens, Thurs, leave Friday) I will change bedding and clean room for you over weekend.
(Room is not suitable for full time lodging as whilst has luggage racks and some hooks to hang clothes, it has no proper storage space, plus its occasionally needed by family or Air BnB guests at weekend).
Friendly landlady plus her dog and cat live downstairs. Full time lodger lives in larger bedsit room. Bathroom is shared with Lodger.

Short term lets of 1 month or more are welcomed, price is set at £300 per month x
