We're a professional married couple in our late 30s with five house cats and we're seeking a new housemate!

We've had housemates for the past 10 years so understand the need for your own private space and also the need for a place to relax after work, a place to breathe, for friendship, a place to call home, a place to laugh, to connect, have a cuppa and share a meal

Our home is quiet, calm, relaxed, and lived in - and if you love cats -they'll purr and love you right back too!

Our home (the shared/communal space) comprises of....
*Living Room with sofas, coffee tables and TV
*Kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, and kitchen table and chairs (We are retired chefs who love to cook, so please note the kitchen may never be immaculate but there may be meals and foodie treats we'll share!)
*Utility room with fridge, freezer, washing machine and clothes airer
*Downstairs WC and access to a walled courtyard
*Shared bathroom with WC, bath, walk-in shower, and heated tiled floor.
*There is also a further shared snug/upstairs lounge

For rent is approximately rent is approx 12 x 12 feet and has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, and shelving area. It also boasts a beautiful feature fire which you are most welcome to use in the winter months.

Rent includes all bills, plus 1 resident permit parking pass for a car.

The rent amount listed is for 1 person, couples will be slightly higher.
