This morden end-link house has two very good sized upstairs double bedrooms(fully furnished with brand-new double divan bed, desk and chair, wardrobe) and a large downstairs double bedroom, a downstairs toliet and upstairs family bathroom.
In the kitchen you can find a microwave, toaster and kettle, a gas cooker, an electrical baking oven, a washing machine and large free-standing fridge & freezer, plus some cutlery and utensils. There is a bar table and a TV in the kitchen as well.

The house is 2 min. walk to bus stop, and a short bus ride to/from Durham. Free buses are running daily to/from Durham for university students/staff: it takes 8-10 minutes to get to the university (bus stop: Durham New Inn).
A large chain superstore, Coop, is 10mins walking distance, together with a fish-chip, a chinese take-away, very close you can find post office, GP (clinic), library, village community centre, and churches.

The rental is £440 including utility bills for university students. The rent may increase according to the increased electricity and gas bills. The deposit is £400which is refundable at the end of contract. Long term contact is preferable, shorter-term letting can be accepted at a bit higher price.
