Durham, Room to rent 10 mins from centre

The room

The room for rent is well sized with a double bed, built in wardrobe with a large amount of storage space. There is plenty of space for a desk if required.
I'm currently a university student of nursing at Sunderland and as such between this and work I'm rarely at home.
I do have a friendly black labrador (Lola) living with me so a dog friendly person would be ideal.
The location of the house is an ideal place for transport to either Sunderland or Durham via bus however there is street parking available if you drive.
There are plenty of local amenities such as shops, gym, library and with Durham only a 10 minute journey away no shortage of entertainment.
Decorating of the room is allowed with prior permission if you wish to make the space a bit more personal.
Smoking in the house isn't allowed however feel free to do so in the garden there is a roof at the back door to keep you dry.
