Double Bedroom in Chester-le-Street

Double bedroom will come with bed, mattress, desk, chair, small bedside table and dresser

Room available for around a year or so in Chester-le-Street. The property is about five minutes from the train station and ten minutes from Tesco. The property also has a driveway available to park on too which I don’t use! The house itself is a little dated but is in a really convenient and peaceful area.

Ideally looking for someone friendly to live with. I have only recently moved to the area and I’m looking to live with someone who is easy to get along with makes the home a bit more sociable.

I am currently working for the NHS in mental health so some days I do work from home, on others I am out at University or working at the hospital. I have quite a busy social life already but it would be great to have some company around the house too. It would be nice to have someone to watch films/tv with and go out for walks with too.

The property itself is a little dated in terms of interior design but it’s a pleasant place to live. Only downside is the big oven doesn’t work, so I have to use my air fryer or the small oven space.
