Looking for a roommate

me and my Bf live together, we are looking for a roommate to make playing bills easier on us. We have 5 cats and two dogs currently, so I hope you’re ok with that, they are all super friendly and the dogs are chihuahuas and are not aggressive. We are friendly people, we do vape but don’t drink. We are currently getting carpets installed so the room might not be available till the end of February unless you are ok we no carpets in your room haha. We have a big house, end terrace house. It’s 4 bedrooms 1 bath. It has a nice garden as well. We don’t mind if you have animals however would be difficult introducing them to our animals, so we are a bit worried. There is car parking near our house, literally 2 secs away but it’s not directly in front of our house. We are also looking for a roommate because I’m terrified of being home alone if I’m being completely honest, and my bf works most of the time so looking for company for me haha. Also I’m not going to add photos of the house currently as like I stated before we are currently sorting our house out so it’s a mess haha.
