Minutes away from the A1 to either the north or the south.

Walking distance to a local shop.

Quiet residential area in a new build development.

I work in healthcare and work 3-4 12 hour shifts per week, I am out of the house a lot. But easily contactable if needed.

Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and a living room - shared.

A friendly house rabbit also lives downstairs in the property.
