I'll have a double room available in a refurbished Victorian terrace as of 1st September.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and has just been decorated.

All bills are included in the rent, including Virgin TV and Unlimited Fiber broadband.

There is shared use of the living room and a large, recently redecorated Kitchen/diner. The bathroom and living room will only be shared by you and one other.

The house is 2 minutes walk to the station, and 10 minutes walk into town. Its very close to local amenities, with a local shop 30 seconds away and a few minutes walk to the new Feethams development, where there are several bars, restaurants and a cinema.

We are friendly, quite and respectful professionals looking for the same.

The kitchen is new and well equipped, and you are welcome to use all pots and pans etc.

£100 key/damage deposit, which will be returned when you leave providing keys are returned and no damage has been done to the property.

Parking is on street.
