The area is quiet and a five minute walking distance to the local nature reserve. Geneva woods is also nearby. Darlington train station is one mile away and there are multiple bus stops within a few minutes walk from the house. Buses run regularly and Darlington centre is a 9 minute journey for those who prefer public transport as their method of travel.

Current household consists of a professional female and a very well behaved and happy Labrador. Hence those who are interested must like dogs. Pictures of friendly lab available on request for serious individuals interested. Interests include dog walking, socialising with friends, baking and travel.

Looking for a like minded professionals to share this spacious house. For those who smoke the preference is that this would be done outside of the house.
