Shared use of kitchen, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Recently refurbished bath room. Rent to include all bills. Shared occupancy with myself (live-in landlady). Very safe and quiet location free from antisocial behaviour. Not on a main road so limited traffic disturbance and opposite park and tennis court.
