Junior doctors or healthcare professionals preferred.

One rooms (room 1 in pictures) available with ensuite sharing. Other two rooms taken by two FY1s.

The property is only a short walk from the side gate into Darlington Memorial Hospital. A

Owned and managed by former DMH medic and her husband. We are live-out landlords but the two current tenants are lovely (FY2 and GPST1).

The house is spacious and homely and there will never be any more than three people sharing. Partners are fine to stay occasionally, obviously.

The large loft room, dining room and living room will never be used as bedrooms and will remain in use for the three tenants.

We are particular about who we accept to keep the balance right and make sure all tenants are happy.

All bills included in the rent. Furnished, superfast WiFi, washing machine, big telly, big fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.

Lots of additional storage space and hanging space throughout the house, a proper hall and not a front door opening on the front room.

Cleaner included for the communal areas. You just have to do your own washing up and keep your room to your own standard.

10 mins from the hospital
20 mins from the mainline train station and
5 mins from North Road train station

North Road station goes direct to Bishop Auckland, Middlesbrough, Thornaby stations - where Durham University's Queen's Campus is. These times are realistic walking distances.

There is no need to worry about parking outside on the street. We have not had one single problem with cars, or the house in the 15 years we have owned it.

Neighbours are lovely and quiet - a retired couple and a young family but no babies.
