Double bedroom with double bed, bedside table.. WiFi, table and chair.. wardrobe. £105 per week.. which includes council tax and utility bills. I have a house alarm.. smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The room has beautiful views across farmers fields and Waldridge Fells nature reserve.. to the back of the property is woodland with lovely walks, you may even spot a deer or two!
Shared kitchen (washing machine) and bathroom.. I am the only occupant living at the property.. I would also consider Mon to Fri letting if preferred! I have 2 friendly cats..
A little a about me! I have lived in my home for 8 years, and I'm very settled here. I work part time within the Civil Service, and have done for 25 years.. I run a walking group called Waldridge Walkers, which I set up 7 years ago and it is still going strong. A great way of getting to know the area and meet local walkers! I also practice a little Yoga! I am situated 4 miles outside of Durham City centre.. excellent public transport to Durham City centre (15 min bus journey).... Newcastle and the surrounding area.. with bus stops situated a few yards from my house
