Looking for a responsible single person to take care of my house for the summer while I am away. The duration of stay is roughly from mid-June to mid September, though dates are flexible. The house is partially furnished, and features a stocked kitchen, furnished living/dining room, furnished bedroom with lots of closet space, 2 unfurnished bedrooms, and a full bath with shower and tub. (Pictures taken before furnishing). Rent pricing is inclusive of council tax and utilities, however the renter will be required to cut the lawn in the small garden backyard.
